- cleaning tissues made of nonwoven material are marked with text and logos
Special Product Specification
- the ink used has to be water resistant, because the tissues are also used in a wet condition and have to be washable
- customer wants to replace the maintenance-intensive stamp rollers with a flexible marking solution
- the 4 m wide nonwoven material has to be marked with 4 parallel print heads, without stopping production
- distance between the prints is from 300 to 500 mm
- product speed: 5-20 m/min.
