Definition of Task

the shrink sleeves of roof tiles are coded immediately after leaving the shrinking tunnel

print information: product code, manufacture date and the packed quantity details
the plastic shrink sleeves are coded with two lines of text in a print height of 27 mm (1.1 inch)
the shrinking foil passes the print head at a speed of 10 m/min. (33 feet/min.)
the entire pallet is dipped into water bath immediately after the printing process for the purpose of binding lime to the tiles
despite unstable pallets and pallets of different sizes move past the print head steadily, an optimal print result has to be guaranteed

to balance the different sizes of the roof tile packages, guiding rails are installed on the conveyor system
