Printing on Joint Profiles

Definition of Task

the print head is installed directly after the last joint coil so that a very short gap between the print head and the product can be kept
the printing takes place at a speed of up to 130 meters per minute
the employee number of the machine operator is read in via a bar code card reader connected to the input terminal and then it has to be inserted into the print message and printed on the joint profile

no loss of time in change of shifts
variable data is read in via a barcode card reader and then automatically inserted into the print message
no manual intervention is required
