• Marking of metal and steel plates in various sizes and thicknesses prior to plasma cutting with multiple bend lines cutting marks and alphanumeric text lines (lot numbers, customer data e.g.)

• The REA-JET DOD system is integrated into a plasma cutting machine
• Print head mounted to x-y cross beam to reach exact printing position
• Communication between host computer & printing system via PLC (print message, text height)
• Print head speed: 0 - 40 m/min.
• Ambient conditions: high temperature, dirt, humidity
• Plates are sometimes oily, moist and covered with dirt and rust
