Compact Small Character Ink Jet Printer for texts and logos

The REA-JET SC ink jet marking system is a powerful small character printer which was specially developed for use in industrial environments. It guarantees an optimum print quality, combined with reliability and minimum maintenance needs.

The system works according to the proven "Continuous Ink Jet" print principle which, due to the permanent charging of the droplets, allows for the most accurate small character printing of 2 to 12 mm high texts in up to three lines and most types of data even at high speeds of up to 300 m/min.

The interface is extremely user-friendly. The text is entered on the integrated front panel key pad. The graphic-capable display allows for accurate checking of the text entry and informs the user at all times about the status of the system.

The system can operate with fast-drying MEK-, Ethanol- and water-based inks and can therefore be used for marking onto a large variety of substrates, from absorbent to non-absorbent surfaces such as cardboard, films, metal, glass and plastic.

Not only texts, but also high-quality graphics, logos and bar codes can be printed. A comfort feature of the printer is the built-in automatic selfcleaning system which flushes the print head completely during startup and before shutting down, as a preliminary measure for reliable start-up every time.
